B	Beatrice Vallaperta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza terribile. Ci é stata consegnata la casa in condizioni indegne, cinque giorni per pulirla e renderla vivibile. Giorni di attesa per avere risposte e settimane con in casa vecchi prodotti e utensili che sarebbero dovuti essere ritirati da loro (tra cui un vecchio materasso in salotto). L’apice é stato il momento in cui, dopo averci concesso uno sconto (minimo, del 10% circa) per un paio di mesi, dato che non potevamo accedere alla casa per mesi causa covid, nel momento in cui abbiamo deciso di recedere dal contratto ci sono stati richiesti indietro quei soldi. Servizio veramente pessimo, sconsiglio vivamente. Unica nota positiva la segretaria che ci seguiva, per quanto ha potuto é sempre stata disponibile e gentile. Terrible experience. The house was handed over to us in unworthy conditions, five days to clean it and make it livable. Days of waiting for answers and weeks with old products and utensils at home that should have been collected from them (including an old mattress in the living room). The climax was the moment when, after having granted us a discount (minimum, of about 10%) for a couple of months, since we could not access the house for months due to covid, when we decided to withdraw from the contract we have been asked for that money back. Really bad service, I strongly advise against it. The only positive note was the secretary who followed us, as far as she could, she was always available and kind.

We met the owner of the agency for the negotiation of a rental and we were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the whole studio.
