★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small, very active cafe / co-working location / venue / local cultural center with good food and a selection of beer. The informal environment (but kind of stylish) encourages you to hang out with a youngish designerly crowd.
Not the obvious place to visit but extremely Milanese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place to call home. Very intimate, yet social, hidden in a very nice courtyard. Every single person working there is super professional and extremely warm: you will always find good vibes (and really good food/drinks). Food is very good, with a special care for all the ingredients quality/provenance, same for the drinks. I went there for breakfast, lunch, brunch, happy hour, dinner, after dinner and I never got disappointed once. You can also grab a coffe while working there, as they're a work-friendly café, and/or have your mail delivered there as well. They organize small concerts, exhibitions, plays, workshops, basically plenty to enjoy. Definitely a place you should not miss if you're in town.
