Ho proposto stoviglie e biancheria, ho cercato in tutti i modi di spiegare che mia mamma è deceduta dopo una grave malattia, dopo essere guarita dal covid, mi è stato rifiutato l'accesso. Ho perfino il certificato di morte comprovante che mia mamma non è morta di covid e che non risiedeva più da tre anni nell'appartamento da cui proviene il materiale. Tutto rifiutato. È terrificante dover giustificare a qualcuno che non si conosce le cause di morte della propria madre. Mi hanno fatto piangere. Aiutate altre associazioni, qui non hanno cuore.
