Hanno pellet di ogni qualità ad un prezzo veramente competitivo, sono molto competenti e sanno trovare il prodotto adatto alle esigenze e al fabbisogno di ogni cliente. Se per l'inverno il pellet mi avrà soddisfatto e decidessi l'anno prossimo di riscomprarlo da loro, usufruirò dello sconto fedeltà. Per le consegne non hanno alcun problema per mezzi e orari. ?

ce n'è per tutte le tasche ?
ottimo il rapporto qualità /prezzo.
Il personale è molto qualificato e disponibile oltre le loro competenze.
La consegna è puntuale e il pellet viene SBANCALATO e RITIRATO dal PERSONALE.
Io abito in una strada stretta dove passa solo un mezzo, l'altro ieri durante la consegna il dipendente ha dovuto spostare il mezzo per ben 6 volte, nonostante ciò non si è mai perso d'animo né ha avuto atteggiamenti sgarbati, anche se questo disagio ha creato ritardi nelle consegne successive.
Ho saputo dal titolare che il dipendente si chiama Davide, che ringrazio e Le chiedo scusa per il disagio che ha dovuto subire.

I live in a narrow street where only one vehicle passes, the day before yesterday during the delivery the employee had to move the vehicle 6 times, despite this he never lost heart or had rude attitudes, even if this inconvenience has created delays in subsequent deliveries.
I learned from the owner that the employee is called Davide, whom I thank and I apologize for the inconvenience he had to suffer.
