Fatta una chiamata in comune, la persona che segue l'ufficio tributi, Paola, mi ha chiesto se volevo andare subito a ritirare il nuovo raccoglitore; detto fatto in 15 minuti ho risolto il problema e devo anche dire che sono stato accolto con tutti i protocolli del periodo e con molta cortesia, direi che dobbiamo sfatare il mito delle amministrazioni comunali lente e scortesi, non è così. Tutto in qualsiasi dove ti giri stupisce per bellezza , poi visitato da tutti i Vicentini il dolce lago di Fimon una passeggiata che molti fanno più di qualche volta l'anno . Il territorio è ricco di sentieri e passeggiate sempre frequentati da molte persone. Oltre tutto la Pro Loco è molto attiva in iniziative molto interessanti rivolte alla natura e alla conoscenza di erbe e piante , funghi e sentieri dei colli con guide ed esperti . Dal mio punto di vista è un Comune che da il massimo per i propri cittadini e non solo , merita veramente un mi piace di cuore ❤. The area is full of paths and walks that are always frequented by many people. Above all, the Pro Loco is very active in very interesting initiatives aimed at nature and the knowledge of herbs and plants, mushrooms and paths of the hills with guides and experts. From my point of view it is a Municipality that gives its best for its citizens and not only, it really deserves a like from the heart ❤.

Conta diverse frazioni abitative, quasi tutte in collina. Vanta nel territorio il più esteso lago della provincia, il lago di Fimon, di origine neozoica, formato a seguito dell'ultima glaciazione, lungo un po' meno di due km e largo al massimo quasi 400 metri. Rinvenuti reperti di palafitte paleolitiche e manufatti dell'età del bronzo. Spina dorsale del territorio è la dorsale dei Berici, dalla quale si diramano percorsi sia asfaltati che sterrati e numerosi sentieri, per gli amanti della bicicletta, del Mountain bike e della natura, a piedi. Numerose anche le trattorie, i ristoranti e agriturismi che accolgono con gusto e varietà elevati i turisti. Un territorio da scoprire ogni giorno. Arcugnano is one of the largest municipalities in the province of Vicenza, adjacent to it with a territory that embraces a large part of the Berici mountains to the northeast. It has several residential districts, almost all of them in the hills. The territory boasts the largest lake in the province, Lake Fimon, of Neozoic origin, formed following the last glaciation, a little less than two km long and a maximum of almost 400 meters wide. Finds of Palaeolithic stilts and artifacts from the Bronze Age have been found. The backbone of the territory is the Berici ridge, from which both asphalted and dirt paths branch off and numerous footpaths for cycling, mountain biking and nature lovers.
