r	renato lauri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ premetto che utilizzo l'account di mio marito, sia io che mia figlia siamo state clienti del centro estetico per un tatuaggio sopraccigliare. Mi era stato promesso lo stesso importo di € 200 come veronica, ma al momento del pagamento mi veniva chiesto 250 € più 15 euro della cremina, prodotto che invece era stato regalato a mia figlia. Dopo discussione con la titolare pago € 200 più 15 € di crema. Era stato concordato inoltre che per il ripasso dopo 30 gg sarebbe stato di € 70, invece sia a me che a mia figlia ha chiesto euro 200, negando di aver consegnato il foglio con le indicazione dei costi a mia figlia tacciandola di essere bugiarda. Premetto che tutti i pagamenti in questione sono stati fatti in contanti e senza alcuna ricevuta fiscale; Abbiamo insistito e nella circostanza pagavamo ciascuno € 75 ( pretendendo questa volta la ricevuta). Nella circostanza la signora Claudia negava di aver mai rilasciata alcuna brochure affermando che se mia figlia fosse stata possesso di quel documento di farglielo pervenire. Fortunatamente a casa mia figlia ha rinvenuto il documento nel quale con la calligrafia della titolare il ritocco veniva quantificato in € 70. Mia figlia le ha fatto pervenire la foto del documento e sarebbe opportuno che la signora si scusasse ufficialmente per la figura fattaci fare davanti alla clientela che comunque non depone molto bene per l'immagine che si vorrebbe far credere. Il negozio da fuori traspare professionalità che purtroppo non ho riscontrato all’interno, ho ripreso e dimostrato per 3 volte con conferma da parte dell’addetta che avevo 2 sopracciglia diverse.. ovviamente alla quarta ho accettato la situazione se non volevo lasciarle tutte li. "In your hands never again" I hope it was a coincidence my view of the positive reviews that brought me there, but for me first and last time .. The shop exudes professionalism that unfortunately I did not find inside, I took over and demonstrated 3 times with confirmation from the attendant that I had 2 different eyebrows .. obviously at the fourth I accepted the situation if I didn't want to leave them all there.

Ha una mano delicata e ho sentito solo in alcuni momenti un po' di fastidio ma sulle labbra è normale. Una persona professionale, di esperienza e perciò la consiglio a coloro che sono interessati a valorizzare le proprie labbra (e non solo) con la tecnica del trucco semipermanente.
