★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho provati per una veglia notturna in ospedale e mi sono trovata benissimo. La persona che mi ha risposto al telefono è stata gentile e professionale. Il servizio è stato organizzato in pochissimo tempo e l' operatrice che mi hanno inviato, Tiziana, è stata splendida e attenta ad ogni particolare ( dalla pulizia, all' aiuto al pasto, al supporto morale). Non si poteva volere di meglio! Infatti, vista l'esperienza positiva, mi sono affidato a loro anche per la parte legale e l'avvocato che mi hanno segnalato seguirà il ricorso Inps per l' accompagnamento bocciato.... l' ho già incontrata e mi sembra onesta e in gamba. Agenzia davvero super! Tanti servizi al top. Così noi cittadini non abbiamo da correre da un ufficio all' altro!!! Per ogni cosa che riguarda i miei genitori disabili , ormai, solo la filiale di Piacenza.
I tried them for a night vigil in the hospital and I had a great time. The person who answered the phone was kind and professional. The service was organized in no time and the operator who sent me, Tiziana, was splendid and attentive to every detail (from cleaning, to helping the meal, to moral support). You couldn't have wished for better! In fact, given the positive experience, I also trusted them for the legal part and the lawyer who reported me will follow the INPS appeal for the rejected accompaniment .... I have already met her and she seems honest and in leg. Really super agency! Many top services. So we citizens do not have to run from one office to another !!! For everything that concerns my disabled parents, now, only the Piacenza branch.
