Metà Marzo chiamo, mi viene detto di attendere ancora qualche giorno perché ci sono dei grossi ritardi nelle consegne, va beh.. aspetto. Nella terza settimana del mese chiamo ancora, mi viene ribadito di portare ancora pazienza, di non preoccuparmi perché le gomme arriveranno a giorni.. "per come si sta muovendo la giostra, sono I GIORNI che mi preoccupano.." l'ultima settimana del mese vado di persona.. chiedo delucidazioni, il gommista vedendomi arrivare, mi guarda con aria decisa, come se ci credesse anche lui e mi dice: Non si preoccupi, IO la prossima settimana le gomme gliele monto in un modo o nell'altro, anzi sa cosa le dico?! Venga la prossima settimana! Ci diamo un appuntamento! Ipnotizzato dalla sua fermezza, giro i tacchi e me ne esco dall'officina. Due giorni prima dell'appuntamento, turbato da un brutto presentimento chiamo, e l'uomo più convinto che abbia mai conosciuto mi dice: Le gomme non vogliono proprio arrivare!! a quel punto pensavo di essere su una candid camera. Così decido di tornare da lui a riprendermi la caparra. Ma io dico, come si fa tenere in ballo un cliente per 35 giorni?! Bisogna essere chiari con i clienti, non farli attendere un'eternità. Conclusione, ho chiamato un altro gommista, due giorni e le gomme sono arrivate.. ?
