M	Matt Simon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei voluto dare 0 stelle ma non è possibile in quanto, dopo aver acquistato un pacchetto di lenti a contatto generiche in quanto il mio medico era in ferie in questi giorni, ed avendo riportato problemi agli occhi che mi hanno causato l'intervento del pronto soccorso e la trattenuta dello stesso paio di lenti presso il pronto soccorso, mi è stato consigliato di recarmi nuovamente in farmacia per rendere il pacchetto di lenti causa del problema e le rimanenti sigillate logicamente inutilizzabili. Fatto presente il problema è stato risposto che l'insorgenza di qualsiasi problema che mi si è presentato si trattava di un mio problema e non di un loro problema in quanto tutti gli altri clienti non hanno mai avuto problemi relativamente al prodotto. Dato che solitamente esiste una tutela per i consumatori e le farmacie sono aziende commercializzati prodotti farmaceutici non mi sia stato possibile rendere il prodotto entro 10 giorni dalla data di acquisto come per legge. Per tali motivi Il mio giudizio non può che essere estremamente negativo e deludente e consiglio di evitare suddetta farmacia perché a Piacenza ne esistono altre molto più disponibili e professionalmente ricettive. I would have liked to give 0 stars but it is not possible because, after buying a package of generic contact lenses as my doctor was on vacation these days, and having reported eye problems that caused me to go to the emergency room and the withholding of the same pair of lenses in the emergency room, I was advised to go to the pharmacy again to make the package of lenses causing the problem and the remaining sealed ones logically unusable. Having pointed out the problem, the reply was that the onset of any problem that occurred to me was my problem and not their problem as all other customers have never had problems with the product. Since there is usually a protection for consumers and pharmacies are companies that market pharmaceutical products, it was not possible for me to return the product within 10 days from the date of purchase as required by law. For these reasons, my opinion can only be extremely negative and disappointing and I recommend avoiding this pharmacy because there are others in Piacenza that are much more available and professionally receptive.

Ma che in un esercizio di pubblica utilità dove aiutare le persone in teoria sarebbe un motivo per cui ti dedichi alla medicina, trovare personale così sgarbato e che sembra farti un favore a risponderti è veramente sconcertante. Non va dimenticato che si tratta di un servizio comunale, dove di solito la meritocrazia non esiste , e anche Piacenza non si smentisce. Mi reco alla farmacia alle 01:30 circa, affermò di avere intolleranza al lattosio, mi viene dato un farmaco contenente lattosio, alla mia richiesta la farmacista mi dice che non sa cosa dirmi, dopodiché mi da un ulteriore farmaco ‘fermenti lattici’ con 2g di lattosio, oltretutto il più caro della categoria. Tutto ció è inammissibile. Sorry I can't give 0 stars. Totally INCOMPETENT staff.
