Sconsiglio vivamente di non acquistare in questa farmacia.
La proprietaria é estremamente maleducata e mi sono stati dati farmaci con una funzione differente rispetto alle mie esigenze o comunque a ciò che avevo richiesto

Il Top del Top, mi è capitato di avere di bisogno per mia madre un farmaco, molto difficile da reperire ho telefonato per sentire la loro disponibilità, e mi è stato messo da parte, perché subito non riuscivo ad andare a prenderlo.. Grazie ancora per la vostra gentilezza. ?

La prima volta che sono entrato nella farmacia è stato aimè per motivi di salute di un famigliare, nel corso della fase 1 di quarantena nel momento di massima allerta. In questa situazione, già precarica di suo, il personale non ha mai igienizzato il bancone di lavoro, a malapena tenevano guanti e mascherine, e del plexiglass nemmeno l'ombra!
(Piccolo inciso: le mascherine della protezione civile che dovevano essere vendute SINGOLARMENTE a un prezzo decisamente irrisorio per permettere l'acquisto di queste a tutti, venivano vendute a pacchi per avere un guadagno suppongo.)
Oggi mi sono trovato a doverci rientrare, e seppur non ho mai mancato di rispetto la Dottoressa o i suoi collaboratori, sono stato servito male, con tono di supponenza, sufficienza e una maleducazione davvero sgradevole…
… Ci tengo a ricordare che il cliente ha sempre ragione e non è l'unica farmacia della città, non verrò mai più e consiglierò di non metterci piede!

The first time I entered the pharmacy was alas for health reasons of a family member, during phase 1 of quarantine at the moment of maximum alert. In this situation, already preloaded on his own, the staff never sanitized the work counter, they barely kept gloves and masks, and not even a shadow of plexiglass!
(Small note: the civil protection masks that had to be sold INDIVIDUALLY at a decidedly negligible price to allow the purchase of these at all, were sold in packs to have a profit I suppose.)
Today I found myself having to return, and although I never disrespected the Doctor or her collaborators, I was served badly, with a tone of arrogance, sufficiency and a really unpleasant rudeness ...
… I want to remind you that the customer is always right and it is not the only pharmacy in the city, I will never come again and will advise you not to set foot there!

Professionalità, cordialità e disponibilità assoluta sono le 3 caratteristiche principe di questa Top Farmacia.
Personale sempre disponibile ed educato, essendo spesso a Piacenza appena ho bisogno non perdo tempo e faccio tappa alla Farmacia San Giuseppe, fornitissimi, non manca mai nulla nemmeno il farmaco piu raro.
DIFFIDATE DAI 3 MENTECATTI CHE HANNO DATO 1 STELLA È PURA E MERA CONCORRENZA SLEALE;
mi sono sempre trovato al top e consiglio vivamente di provare voi stessi, per rimanere piacevolemte soddisfatti

Professionalism, friendliness and absolute availability are the 3 main characteristics of this Top Pharmacy.
Staff always available and polite, being often in Piacenza as soon as I need I don't waste time and I stop at the San Giuseppe Pharmacy, well-stocked, never missing even the rarest drug.
BEWARE OF THE 3 MENTECATTI WHO GAVE 1 STAR IS PURE AND MORE UNFAIR COMPETITION;
I have always found myself at the top and I highly recommend you try it yourself, to be pleasantly satisfied
