A	Antonella Boiardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi mandano una badante di mezza età e dopo qualche mese ci accorgiamo che è alcolizzata, la sostituiscono con una giovane che dopo una settimana sparisce due giorni senza rispondere nemmeno al cellulare e poi torna come niente fosse... oltre a trattare male la mamma fa quello che vuole e guai a dirle qualcosa... Ma dove le trovano le badanti?? S	Sergio Nuzzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo servizio: richiesta badante per sostituzione ferie. la prima si è ripetutamente addormentata sul divano, la seconda non parlava italiano e non riusciva a farsi capire. contratto chiuso. alle mie rimostranze si risponde che non si può pretendere una badante valida dato il poco tempo previsto dal contratto (detto ovviamente dopo). Alla ulteriore richiesta di come formalizzare la contestazione si risponde che nel giro di una settimana sarei stato contattato dall'ufficio qualità. Nessuna chiamata. Non posso che sconsigliare bad service: request for caregiver for vacation replacement. the first fell asleep repeatedly on the sofa, the second did not speak Italian and could not make herself understood. contract closed. my grievances are answered that you cannot expect a valid caregiver given the limited time required by the contract (said obviously later). The further request to formalize the dispute is answered that within a week I would be contacted by the quality department. No call. I can only advise against it
E	Efrem Freedom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non parlerò della mia tragicomica (volendo essere ottimisti) esperienza personale (del tutto simile a quelle esposte dagli altri utenti) bensì mi soffermerò sulle caratteristiche del servizio effettivamente offerto: "badanti" assegnate (dopo lunga e inutile intervista con i parenti sulla necessità dell'anziano) senza tener in alcun conto delle necessità esposte, senza nessuna formazione sul personale (non dico quella infermieristica, parlo di quella "base", saper pulire, cucinare e assistere per l'igiene e la vestizione un anziano..) e delle "sostitute", inviate in caso di assenza/ferie della titolare, meglio non parlarne...in ogni caso le "badanti" sembrano arruolate a caso senza valutarne competenze e moralità. Nel corso del periodo peggiore dell' epidemia di COVID19 nessuna interazione tra cooperativa e badanti: niente formazione specifica, niente fornitura di mascherine o altro. Apparentemente l'unica cosa che fa la cooperativa è incassare i vostri soldi e darne orientativamente circa 2/3 alle "badanti" (non mi risulta che siano assunte, bensì abbiano altri tipi di rapporti contrattuali non diretti). Direi un po' pochino per quello che ci guadagnano... I will not talk about my tragicomic (wanting to be optimistic) personal experience (quite similar to those exposed by other users) but I will focus on the characteristics of the service actually offered: assigned "carers" (after a long and useless interview with relatives on the need for elderly) without taking into account the needs exposed, without any training on the staff (I am not saying nursing, I am talking about that "base", knowing how to clean, cook and assist an elderly person for hygiene and dressing ..) and " substitutes ", sent in case of absence / holidays of the owner, better not to talk about it ... in any case the" carers "seem to be enrolled at random without evaluating their skills and morality. During the worst period of the COVID19 epidemic, no interaction between the cooperative and carers: no specific training, no supply of masks or anything else. Apparently the only thing the cooperative does is collect your money and give roughly 2/3 of it to the "carers" (I don't know that they are hired, but they have other types of non-direct contractual relationships). I would say a little bit for what they earn ...
