★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff molto preparato molto paziente con situazioni difficili dei pazienti sono degli angeli sempre presenti. Struttura pulitissima e atrezzata mangiare ottimo e vario x i pazienti che possono mangiare cibo normale e cibo adeguato x chi non puo masticare. Se si potesse darei piu di 5 stelle
Very prepared staff very patient with difficult situations of patients are always present angels. Very clean and well-equipped structure to eat excellent and varied x patients who can eat normal food and adequate food x who cannot chew. If you could give it more than 5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza non è stata positiva e pertanto non posso che indicare 2 stelle su 5. Evidentemente si tratta di 'attività particolarmente delicata ed il personale dipendente ha a che fare con persone spesso fragili ed a volte capricciose. Non era comunque il caso di mia madre. Quello che non è andato bene è stato relativamente a continuii furti a carico degli ospiti (a mia madre hanno preso tutto quello che aveva addosso di valore). Impossibile determinare i responsabili. Alla richiesta di chiarimenti da parte mia e dei miei fratelli la risposta ricevuta era che il regolamento scaricava la responsabilità sugli ospiti riguardo ai loro beni personali. Evidentemente una mancanza di controllo a questo livello fa venire su la rabbia. Per il resto una ordinaria casa per anziani.
My experience has not been positive and therefore I can only indicate 2 stars out of 5. Obviously it is a particularly delicate activity and the employees have to deal with often fragile and sometimes capricious people. However, this was not the case with my mother. What did not go well was in relation to the theft of the guests (my mother took everything of value). Unable to determine managers. To the request for clarification from me and my brothers the response received was that the regulation discharged the responsibility of the guests regarding their personal property. Evidently a lack of control at this level causes anger to rise. For the rest, an ordinary home for the elderly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con il lock down un disastro comunicativo. Esperienza drammatica . Personale che ruota continuamente. La parte amministrativa andrebbe assolutamente migliorata. No n siamo numeri e meritiamo un po' di empatia.
With the lock down a communication disaster. Dramatic experience. Staff that rotates continuously. The administrative part should absolutely be improved. We are not numbers and we deserve some empathy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio a volte buono, spesso meno perché il personale è contato e molte volte le attese (nel momento in cui c'è una necessità) sono interminabili. In particolare i giorni festivi sono difficili per chi ci soggiorna. Personale in alcuni casi gentile, ma sono troppo pochi. Retta costosa, servizio minimo.
