★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto l'occasione in campeggio di assaggiare la mozzarella, posso semplicemente dire che è la più buona in termini sia di gusto che d'espressione al palato nonché d'alta digeribilità..... BRAVI ANNA E PIETRO!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono passato da qui x caso mi sono fermato e ho comprato la vera mozzarella di bufala, il top ,poi ci sono ritornato domenica e ho trovato anche i dolci tipici della campania,(buonissimi) ed ho scoperto che la sign. Anna (moglie del titolare) e anche una flash blog dove fa dei video straordinari di ricette con prodotti esclusivamente campani .cmq persone squisite Assolutamente meravigliosi li consiglio sono il top del top

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chi conosce il sapore di una vera mozzarella per cultura e tradizione e vive nella nobile terra dei pur ottimi parmigiano e crudo qui trova ossigeno. Arrivi di mozzarella di bufala campana il martedi e venerdi, deliziosa ed intatta nelle sue proprietà se mangiata subito ma se la si sa conservare rimane buona anche il giorno dopo. Parto da Parma e faccio oltre 20 km con piacere anche per la simpatia impagabile della vulcanica Sig.ra Anna e del mite consorte Pietro. Friarielli originali, ma anche sfogliatelle ricce e superba la frolla, selezione di prodotti campani di qualità a buon prezzo con fornitori selezionati. Consiglio anche le frittatine di pasta originali napoletane surgelate ed altri fritti da stuzzico da preparare in forno. Scelta di pane campano o del territorio buonissimo. Un punto di riferiento per la mia famiglia. Consigliatissimo anche per il calore dell'accoglienza tipica partenopea!

Arrivals of buffalo mozzarella from Campania on Tuesdays and Fridays, delicious and intact in its properties if eaten immediately but if you know how to keep it, it remains good even the day after. I leave Parma and do over 20 km with pleasure also for the priceless sympathy of the volcanic Mrs. Anna and the mild consort Pietro. Original friarielli, but also curly sfogliatelle and superb shortcrust pastry, a selection of quality Campania products at a good price with selected suppliers. I also recommend the original Neapolitan frozen pasta omelettes and other fried appetizers to prepare in the oven. Choice of bread from Campania or the very good territory. A point of reference for my family. Highly recommended also for the warmth of the typical Neapolitan welcome!
