Il pane è buonissimo e dura anche più giorni. Buoni anche gli altri prodotti. Vendita di farina di grani antichi e di orzo tostato da usare con la normale Moka da caffè.
Historic oven of Bazzano, the town of nativity scenes located in the heart of the Parma Apennines. Production of breads and other leavened products with ancient grain flours. The bread is delicious and lasts even several days. The other products are also good. Sale of ancient grain flour and roasted barley to be used with normal coffee mocha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale piccolo ma ben apprezzato dalla clientela locale e dei dintorni, sempre fornito di bontà salate e dolci prodotte nel forno attiguo : filoni e pagnotte di forme e farine varie, focacce, pizzette. Dolci e tortini vari. Servizio cortese e veloce. Aperto ogni giorno al mattino, anche la domenica. Chiuso sempre al pomeriggio.
I miei prodotti preferiti da 5 stelle : panini ai cereali, focaccine al mais, strudel !
Small place but well appreciated by local and surrounding customers, always stocked with savory and sweet delicacies produced in the adjacent oven: loaves and loaves of various shapes and flours, focaccias, pizzas. Various cakes and cupcakes. Fast and courteous service. Open every day in the morning, even on Sundays. Always closed in the afternoon.
My favorite 5 star products: cereal rolls, corn scones, strudel!
