โ โ โ โ โ per chi possiede ed usa la carta elettronica dei buoni pasto "ticket restaurant" รจ un incubo, penoso, il peggiore che io abbia mai visto (la uso dappertutto per far la spesa in tutta la provincia ed i problemi ci sono stati sempre e solo esclusivamente qui con la solita frase "le verranno riaccreditati entro sera" io mi chiedo con che faccia tosta si possa mentire cosรฌ alla clientela)
รจ capitato sempre e solo con due cassiere (che sia per dolo o perchรฉ non hanno imparato la procedura correttamente) resta il fatto tutte le volte che ci sono loro effettuano due volte la transazione sui buoni dicendo che verranno riaccreditati nel giro di qualche ora (adducendo sempre la colpa con una scusa alle "macchine" [che al contrario dell'uomo non sbagliano mai] la linea intasata, la rete il terminale bloccata, ecc. tutte balle, tutte scuse, dischi rotti che ripetono come mantra) bugie totali..
i buoni alla spesa sono soldi, a me per l'ennesima volta mi hanno preso i buoni due volte nella stessa spesa senza rimborsarli
una spesa da โฌ17,50 diventa di โฌ35,00 e pretenderebbero anche la comprensione se non addirittura le scuse del cliente.. ma scusa de che?!
nel 2019 praticamente quasi nel 2020 e in Italia si va avanti con delle truffe di questo tipo?!
mi sa che sia giunto il momento di decidere se vogliamo un'Italia fatta di esercizi commerciali corretti o meno ed io faro la mia parte comunicando quanto รจ successo alle forze preposte per questi tipi di controlli.. dalla guardia di finanza ai carabinieri
