★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perché sono poco seri. Nel mio caso volevano rimuovere chirurgicamente il pistolino del mio gatto a causa di un calcolo, a sentir loro. I veterinari dell'ENPA invece facendo le analisi delle urine hanno scoperto essere una banale infiammazione della vescica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un intervento mal eseguito al mio cane in questa clinica veterinaria, portai il mio cucciolo in un altra clinica privata in provincia di Modena per risolvere il problema... Non ostante le 800 euro di fattura del costo totale della degenza del mio cane e le foto, che la dottoressa di Modena fece per evidenziare l ovvio errore del dottore di San Polo, il dottore di quest ultima continuava a negare tutto, anche davanti all evidenza delle foto che la sua collega di Modena mi invito a mostrargli.
Altra cosa sembrata poco professionale e stata la proposta in questa clinica di trattare il mio cucciolo di appena 3 mesi con psicofarmaci, perche sarebbe cresciuto piu equilibrato e calmo.
Capisco che noi persone comuni davanti ad un camice bianco tendiamo ad avere cieca fiducia ma questo e proprio il caso di dire CAMBIATE MESTIERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale inadeguato. Ho portato il mio cane e non sono neanche riusciti a visitarlo. Però a chiedere i soldi dopo trenta secondi di non visita sono stati molto veloci. Mi vedo costretto a cambiare veterinario.
