I got a Russian visa through this consular agency. Everything was easy and I received my visa on time. I did everything without leaving home or wasting time. Absolute courtesy and professionalism. I prezzi e i tempi di emissione sono in linea con quelli delle altre agenzie: circa 50 euro + iva per i diritti di agenzia e 4-5 giorni lavorativi per l'espletamento della pratica. Le gestione della pratica e, in generale, il rapporto con la clientela lasciano però molto a desiderare. Per prima cosa, non vengono inviate le notifiche via email di avvio della pratica e i dettagli della spedizione, particolarmente utili se, come nel mio caso, si invia il passaporto alla sede di Roma mediante corriere e si attende la riconsegna al proprio domicilio, sempre via corriere. Ho ripetutamente chiamato l'agenzia per ottenere chiarimenti e ho sempre avuto a che fare con personale scortese e poco motivato. Infine, l'agenzia non ha allegato la fattura al passaporto riconsegnato, perché la emette "su richiesta", come mi è stato spiegato al telefono. Questo è già di per sé un chiaro segno di scarsa trasparenza e professionalità. I used the services of this agency for a visa application. The prices and issuing times are in line with those of the other agencies: around 50 euros + VAT for agency fees and 4-5 working days for the completion of the file. The management of the practice and, in general, the relationship with customers, however, leave much to be desired. First of all, notifications are not sent via email to start the file and the shipping details are particularly useful if, as in my case, you send the passport to the Rome office by courier and wait for the return to your home, always via Courier service. I have repeatedly called the agency for clarification and have always dealt with rude and unmotivated staff. Finally, the agency did not attach the invoice to the redelivered passport, because it issues it "on request", as I was told on the phone. This is in itself a clear sign of poor transparency and professionalism.
