★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato il centro per una lezione di prova e per prenotare delle lezioni individuali ben due volte, a settimane di distanza, una volta telefonicamente ed una volta mi ci sono recata di persona. In entrambi i casi si sono presi il mio numero dicendo che mi avrebbero richiamata.... purtroppo non sono stata mai richiamata.
I contacted the center for a trial lesson and to book individual lessons twice, weeks apart, once by phone and once I went there in person. In both cases they took my number and said they would call me back .... unfortunately I was never called back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia figlia si è trovata malissimo, le prime 4 lezioni le avevano affidato dei cavalli validi, trascorso il primo periodo, le hanno dato per due lezioni consecutive un cavallo intrattabile, confermate le caratteristiche del cavallo anche da altre allieve.
Quando ho rappresentato la difficoltà riscontrata, mi hanno detto che improvvisamente mia figlia era incapace di gestire il cavallo, rifiutandosi di sostituirlo. Ho perso l'iscrizione pagata per un anno. Naturalmente non siamo più tornate.
My daughter found herself very badly, the first 4 lessons had entrusted her with valid horses, after the first period, they gave her an intractable horse for two consecutive lessons, confirmed the characteristics of the horse also by other students.
When I represented the difficulty encountered, they told me that suddenly my daughter was unable to handle the horse, refusing to replace it. I lost my paid membership for a year. Of course we have never returned.
