Pur avendo un'appuntamento fissato a mezzo dell' apposito applicativo delle prenotazioni online, sono stato accolto in modo molto infastidito dall'impiegata bionda che insisteva nel dire che non avevo effettuato nessuna prenotazione nonostante la mia evidenza cartacea di tale prenotazione. Di fronte a una difficolta' dovuta al cambio delle date del soggiorno turistico non mi ha permesso di chiamare la mia compagna davanti a lei per confermare tale data invitandomi nervosamente ad accomodarmi nella saletta attigua. Non avendo compreso tale invito ho effettuato tale telefonata , durata 1 minuto e relativa solo al problema sorto,. Al termine l'impiegata bionda ha inveito contro di me etichettandomi come persona non rispettosa. Sono rimasto senza parole. Se questo e' la cattiva accoglienza e il comportamento maleducato riservato ai clienti Italiani consiglio vivamente di non recarvi presso la sede di Verona e in particolare a questa poco accogliente impiegata. Mi presento puntuale e mi dicono che e riservato alle agenzie e che devo prendere appuntamento online e venire pomeriggio. Visto che ho attraversato tutta la città con autobus il che e una storia per se stessa mi arrabbio. Vengo invitata di pagare un agente la presente che mi può risolvere tutto subito. Ma non è che mi hanno dato informazioni sbagliate a posta per fare un favore alle agenzie? I called earlier. I was told to come between 8 and 12 and do everything. I introduce myself on time and they tell me that it is reserved for agencies and that I have to make an appointment online and come afternoon. Since I went through the whole city by bus which is a story in itself I get angry. I am invited to pay an agent hereby who can resolve everything immediately. But isn't it that they gave me wrong information in the mail to do agencies a favor?

Все документы строго по списку, прием по расписанию/ E' stata un'esperienza piacevole di risentirmi come fosse a casa grazie a tutte le collaboratrici del centro. Tutti i documenti richiesti corrispondono all'elenco pubblicato sul sito, il ricevimento corrispondente all’orario di prenotazione. Grazie e buon lavoro. Все документы строго по списку, прием по расписанию / It was a pleasant experience to feel like I was at home thanks to all the collaborators of the center.
