TLS Contact provides excellent support. The staff is very courteous and supportive. You can enter if you arrive before your scheduled appointment time. If you have any questions, they will be able to assist you. Overall, excellent service. However, I am giving them a four-star rating because the decision email is sent late. That is something they can focus on.It's also worth mentioning that they're the only people who receive biometrics and deliver passports. They has no influence over the outcome of the application.

Who the hell is there in visa section office rejecting the visa with stupid and illogical reasoning with no right of appeal it’s day light robbery by UK Visa office just wastage of money. Total scam.

Dear Sir/Madam I am planning to visit UK this year for my winter vacation with my family. I have completed the visa application for myself and my wife together. I have few things to be verified before making my visa payment as I have been asked to pay an amount of 117 $ as the visa fee. I wonder that this amount for the visa payment count for both of us in order to visit the UK. Or is it only for myself? If so please guide me on making necessary payments for the other person.

Poor customer service My send my passport with DHL unfortunately i want not at home the delivery guy didn't leave it at reception i try to reschedule delivery with DHL but the options was freezed by sender as a result they return my passport to Rome and now they are telling me to come to Rome again just to receive passport I wrote many emails to them and they are not even responding to me, really disappointed.

It was a very positive experience. Office in a very calm surrounding. In close proximity to Roma Termini, making it easy to reach for those coming from far of areas via train. The staff is friendly, supportive. In case you miss anything , they will guide you through in a very caring way. Good experience.

I'm trying to self upload my documents but the TLS self upload website is not working. It keeps saying 'An error has occurred. Please retry later.' I keep trying and it's still error till now. TLS / UKVI can you please check your TLS self upload website?

The first three minutes did not go well, but the rest of the hour was top shelf. Their fancy expensive photocopier printer, did not accept my Thumb drive, flash drive, formatted for Mac OS, and the operator was frustrated and mad as to that, and that I had not printed my documents ahead of time, even though there is clearly stated a charge for printing documents at the time of the appointment. Once we got over that hurdle, and I made the appropriate business suggestion that we stay focused on what to do to make things work, they gave me the email address and I emailed my four documents to them while they were watching, and acknowledging delivery! The rest of the hour went quite well. There were some problems which presumably were not of their making since they are acting on behalf of another government to file forms from Italy. That other unit of government could have been a little more open with their policies. Specifically I could've uploaded my documents myself, but when I made the application and the appointment, I had not finished my documents. But once you pick either/or, and pay, you can't do it hybrid. What we did the other day was actually my second application, while I canceled the first, then paid for the second, I will be waiting for the refund from the first, and there's two entities that got paid. I suspect I will be watching that like a hawk for weeks to come, especially with Christmas and New Year's on the horizon. I am appreciative of the human assistance for this part of the application to that other government, but I'm not sure how much interaction I will be having with that other government on its part of the application. I also am going to need to watch in regards to the pre-paid courier service for my first item, because I need to make sure that I didn't pay for one version of that prior, and then accepting the upsell that they offered to get a more expensive version of the courier service. That was a flat out new charge and I'm going to have to watch to see if I did pay for the lower version of the service before paying for the upgraded version. Everything is €35, and it all adds up!

Some people working there are nice, some are just ok, but the agency itself is a scam. They make you pay for the air you breath, on top of a fee for the visa application that is already expensive. They say that the process takes longer to push you to purchase additional services, like fast/superfast/passport shipment etc... If you choose to independently upload the docs for your visa expect no guidance nor a confirmation email and you won't be able to go back to your files after submission. I wonder: if they claim that some document is missing how would a poor applicant be able to show that everything is in order? Anyway in the end my visa was processed with not too much delay (about a month).
