★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro Fighting Roma is one of the best places to train if you stay in Roma for a little longer than the average tourist's visit. The Gym is headed by Alessio Smeriglio and his team. You can choose from Muay Thai, K1, Kickboxing, MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Capoeira, Boxing, Functional Fitness and Sauna as well as Physiotherapy is available.
You can reach it in the Via Vincenzo Maculani 23, 00176 Roma by car or from the main trainstation Termini with the Tram departing in the back of the building to the Torpignattara district connected to the Centre through Via Casilina where the trails to of the best traininggrounds lead.
Try it and visit them, highly recomendable!
