★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima palestra che offre vari corsi di combattimento e non, tra cui savate, boxe (anche per ragazzini), pugilato, karate ma anche posturale e Zumba. C'è anche una sala pesi ben attrezzata, il personale è simpatico, ci sono spogliatoi e armadietti ed i prezzi sono molto onesti considerando gli standard romani, consigliatissima ?
Excellent gym that offers various combat and non-combat courses, including savate, boxing (even for kids), boxing, karate but also postural and Zumba. There is also a well-equipped weight room, the staff is nice, there are changing rooms and lockers and the prices are very fair considering the Roman standards, highly recommended ?
