É la mia prima esperienza in quest'arte ed il mio blocco più grande era trovare qualche invasato, prepotente che mi faceva passare la voglia di andare, invece ci si allena molto bene e solitamente quelli con più esperienza non hanno problemi a correggerti quando è necessario. In più ci sono lezioni sulla storia del muay thai, molto interessante. Il gruppo va dai 15 ai quasi 60 anni, sia donne che uomini. È un ottima valvola di sfogo, lo consiglio a tutti! Mi sono bastate 2 lezioni per capire l'impegno e la serietà di tutti gli allievi e soprattutto del Kru Stefano ! Consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono iniziare o riprovare. 10 years ago I started muay thai training for about 3 years.
