Oggi è molto frequentata come sala pesi e per fitness in generale, ma ci sono ancora corsi di ginnastica artistica a tutti i livelli, anche master, e ritmica. Un punto di riferimento per il quartiere Appio-Latino. I grew up there and spent happy years training in the gym for artistic gymnastics. Mi hanno insegnato molto cose che ho portato con me nel corso della vita... Perché la ginnastica artistica oltre ad essere uno sport é molto altro... Ti insegna a coordinarsi con gli altri ma anche gareggiare da singoli nelle varie gare di agonismo..consigliatissima...grande nova 84...Ora al posto mio vi mando mia figlia.. Inizierà con voi questa bella avventura I joined in 1984 .. I spent my childhood in this gym .. Up to 15 years .. Care and high professionalism .. it was more than a family .. They taught me a lot of things that I brought with me in the course of life ... Because artistic gymnastics as well as being a sport is much more ... It teaches you to coordinate with others but also to compete as individuals in various competitive competitions .. highly recommended ... grande nova 84 ... Tante palestre a Roma chiedono prezzi spropositati oppure offrono un servizio assolutamente non all'altezza. Un'ottima dotazione in termini di attrezzi ed una grande umanità del personale ne fanno la scelta migliore tra molte opzioni. Vivamente consigliata!!!!
