Ciononostante mi sono potuto affidare alla cortesia, professionalità ( e pazienza) di Serena, che mi hai aiutato a completare l’acquisto nonostante la distanza, soddisfando ogni mia richiesta e chiarendo ogni mio dubbio, facendomi sentire perfettamente a mio agio. A una settimana di distanza, il giorno pianificato per il ritiro, dopo essere stato accolto in un ambiente giovanile ma molto professionale, tutto è andato come previsto, anzi anche meglio credo. Andrea mi ha accompagnato nel test drive e nella conoscenza dell’auto, nonché nel disbrigo delle pratiche del caso, e nel giro di una trentina di minuti ero libero di andare via con la mia nuova auto. Nonostante ciò ho preferito trattenermi ancora qualche minuto per coccolarmi con la squisitezza di questi ragazzi e scattare qualche foto di rito. Sono certo che qualora in futuro dovessi aver bisogno di sostituire la mia auto, mi rivolgerei a loro che ormai hanno il 100% della mia fiducia. Alla prosiamo ragazzi, Ilario D’Imperio. A week later, on the day planned for the retreat, after being welcomed in a youthful but very professional environment, everything went as planned, even better I think. Andrea accompanied me on the test drive and in getting to know the car, as well as in handling the necessary paperwork, and within thirty minutes I was free to leave in my new car. Despite this, I preferred to stay a few more minutes to pamper myself with the delicacy of these guys and take some customary photos. Loro sono esattamente come li hanno recensiti, e tanto altro. Il loro aiuto non si è limitato solo all'acquisto dell'auto stessa, ma anche nell'adempimento delle varie procedure burocratiche, che da neofita non conoscevo.
