Il giorno della consegna, l'auto aveva danni alla carrozzeria che non erano ne visibili nelle foto sul sito di Privacar o durante il primo test drive. Inoltre, mi è stato assicurato più volte dal venditore e dall'agente che tutti i tagliandi erano stati fatti, cosa che effettivamente non era il caso. Inoltre, mi era stato promesso che l'auto era tecnicamente impeccabile e già il giorno dopo l'acquisto ho notato che l'elettronica dei regolatori dei finestrini era difettosa. Alla fine, ho dovuto pagare oltre 700 euro di tasca mia per riparare questi danni ed effettuare i tagliandi mancanti. La cosa peggiore di tutta la faccenda è che nessuno dei due agenti di Privacar ha mai risposto ai miei messaggi, e-mail PEC, telefonate dopo che l'acquisto è stato completato. Sono stato completamente ignorata non appena il denaro è stato trasferito, il contratto firmato e l'auto ritirata. Raccomando a chiunque di rivolgersi a un rivenditore di auto/concessionaria più professionale quando si acquista un'auto, in quanto Privacar è solo un'agenzia di intermediazione e non dà abbastanza garanzie. I bought a used car through this agency in the summer of 2021. On the day of delivery, the car had body damage that was not visible in the photos on the Privacar website or during the first test drive. Also, I was assured several times by the seller and agent that all the coupons had been done, which was actually not the case. Furthermore, I was promised that the car was technically flawless and already the day after the purchase I noticed that the electronics of the window regulators were faulty. In the end, I had to pay over 700 euros out of my own pocket to repair this damage and carry out the missing coupons. The worst of the whole thing is that neither of the two Privacar agents ever replied to my messages, PEC emails, phone calls after the purchase was completed. I was completely ignored as soon as the money was transferred, the contract signed and the car picked up. I recommend anyone to go to a more professional car dealer / dealership when buying a car, as Privacar is just a brokerage agency and doesn't give enough guarantees.

Per esempio: "Gomme ottime condizioni" scritto su subito.it , in realtá al giorno di prova, anche se al telefono chiesto se si puo fare un giro di prova, gomma a "0" proprio in multa e praticamente non legalmente guidabile su strada publica. Anche se usata, "Esterno in Ottime condizioni" non mi aspetto graffi e ammaccatture dappertutto. Macchina finalmente evitata/ non comprata a tutti questi causi, non sono sicuro se per quello fidabile o meno non so chi fa l'inserizine, qunidi da stare attento al giorno di prova. Come ho appena visto, anche se avvissato al momento di prova al venditore/rivenditore (dove non mi sembrava molto toccato), ancora non é stato cambiato l'inserizione quindi ancora scritto "gomme ottime condizioni". Il giorno dopo, scrivendo questa recensione, ricevuto una chiamata dal ufficio, dicendomi che é colpa mia che ho guidato la macchina al appuntamento per il giro di prova ? e che mi é stato detto che le gomme estive erano in ottime condizioni...?(che proprio non mi ricordo per non dire che non me l'ha detto). 2 Stars because inserizione, on other pages as subito.it etc. , You must be careful, because they are just wrong. Da sottolinare che dopo avere consegnato definitivamente l'auto Amdi mi ha gentilmente riaccompagnato in ufficio...scusate se è poco! La cura,la velocità e la precisione con cui sono stata trattata è da elogiare. Mi sono affidata ad Amdi che ha fatto i salti mortali per cercare la macchina che volevo, e in una settimana ho avuto la mia macchina. Ha fatto diventare possibile l'impossibile con la sua velocità e dedizione. La macchina è perfetta. Di sicuro in un futuro mi affiderò ancora a lui. L'auto veniva descritta come ottima di carrozzeria,di meccanica e con gomme in ottimo stato... vorrei ricordare che nel loro sito è chiaramente sottolineato come tutte le auto vengano scrupolosamente controllate prima della vendita...tra gli accessori venivano menzionati tra le tante cose cerchi in lega,sedili in pelle ed hill holder.. ho preso appuntamento e devo dire che Amdi si è rivelata una persona attenta e gentile...i problemi sono cominciati quando, vedendo l'auto ho scoperto che non esistevano ne cerchi in lega ne sedili in pelle ne carrozzeria in ordine( poi scoprirò che non c'è neanche l' Hill holder)... La giustificazione è stata che nella descrizione ci possono essere errori ( secondo me se un'auto viene controllata non si possono fare certi errori...) poi ho scoperto che non era stata fatta nessuna manutenzione cinghia di distribuzione in particolare( cosa detta dal proprietario... perché Amdi non lo sapeva) l'auto l'ho presa lo stesso ( trattando il prezzo)... Ma la sorpresa più grande è stata quando, portando la macchina dal mio meccanico di fiducia, questo mi faceva notare che nel motore non c'era olio ....ma..melma!!!....nello stesso momento ho notato ( ma questa è responsabilità mia ) che le gomme avevano 12 anni!!! ... Ora mi chiedo...chi ha controllato questa macchina? Senza contare i tergicristalli caduti a pezzi al primo utilizzo... capisco che la macchina ha qualche anno...ma la serietà è un altra cosa.. qualche giorno fa ho avuto un piccolo problema al motore ed essendo in garanzia ho chiamato Amdi.... But the biggest surprise was when, taking the car to my trusted mechanic, he pointed out that there was no oil in the engine .... but..melma! !! .... at the same time I noticed (but this is my responsibility) that the tires were 12 years old !!! ... Now I wonder ... who checked this car? Not to mention the wipers that fell apart on first use ... I understand that the car is a few years old ... but the seriousness is another thing .. a few days ago I had a small problem with the engine and being under warranty I called Amdi. ... I'm still waiting for him to answer ...
L	Luke97 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero abbastanza bloccato con la vendita della mia Toyota GT86 , dopo aver visto le ottime recensioni ho deciso di affidarmi a privacar, sia Amdi che Werner sono stati da subito gentili cordiali e molto chiari , al di là dei complimenti posso affermare che hanno svolto un ottimo lavoro (in particolare Amdi che ha seguito la vendita della mia ormai ex vettura) riuscendo a vendere l'auto in modo veloce , SICURO ed efficente, l'ho lasciata nelle loro mani e neanche un mese dopo la mia auto è stata venduta, con i soldi da me richiesti arrivati sul mio conto il giorno dopo. Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso e sicuramente in futuro mi appoggerò ancora a loro! Complimenti e ancora grazie.
