with lactose and gluten-free ingredients, one just has to ask the waiter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate this place at solid 4.5 stars. We had 4 different meals and all of them were good. Nothing spectacular but solid good food. Atmosphere was somewhat loud but bright and spacious. They have no English menu but waitress spoke Ukrainian which helped to make a selection. Prices were from $12 to $20 for our entrees.
