★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che sono un ristoratore anche io e come tale penso di saperne qualcosina in merito a questo ambito.
Ho notato subito di come il servizio svolto da parte delle due cameriere fosse molto professionale ma soprattutto cordiale. Mi ha colpito molto perchè ad oggi si tratta il cliente come un numero e non più come ospite.
Una vera salvezza per questo locale, un aggiunta al posto.
Il cibo era tutto sommato buono. Consiglierei al proprietario di rivedere l’ impianto di ariazione in quanto ci fosse per tutta la sala una nuvola di fumo e gli odori della cucina rimangono attaccati ai vestiti per giorni.
Nel complesso un bel locale, gestito bene e fuori dal ristorante vi é anche un comodo parcheggio.
 I state that I am a restaurateur too and as such I think I know a little something about this area.
I immediately noticed how the service carried out by the two waitresses was very professional but above all friendly. It struck me a lot because today the customer is treated as a number and no longer as a guest.
A real salvation for this venue, an addition to the place.
The food was all in all good. I would advise the owner to review the air conditioning system as there was a cloud of smoke throughout the room and the smells of the kitchen remain attached to the clothes for days.
Overall a nice place, well managed and outside the restaurant there is also a convenient parking.

I am almost ashamed of a Sardinian to say ... That the best fried fish of my life I ate in Bolzano !!!! All excellent and very fresh. Fast service and very kind girls. Definitely to go back ?

to offer.
