We drove to Bolzano basically just to eat here and we weren't disappointed at all.
A lovely team, the chef sitting down and chatting with us, clearly passionate about the delicious food they make here. Creative appetizers and desserts, as well as handmade pasta with a daily changing menu.
Can't recommend enough! Thanks for the great food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tucked away in a row of small indistinct restaurants, this post hidden gem is such a great find. They prepare fresh pasta for you and it tastes amazing. They are also generous with their portions. The people there were kind and helpful and gave really good suggestions. My husband tried 3 different types of pasta which he prepared in small portions. They are very accomodating. Definitely will recommend!

It was a great recommendation.. everything amazingly fresh, all details looked after to perfection. With the family we obviously decided to order all positions for lunch and some more from their display :) hard to say which one was the best as all of them were just astonishing :) desserts from Nori also amazing ;) highly recommend this place, a must in the city!! Great work guys, keep going!! From Poland with love!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best pasta in Bolzano, so happy we found this hidden gem. Was the most amazing pasta, and cooked by the nicest people. The waiter was so knowledgeable and taught us a lot about Italian culture. The pasta is made fresh everyday and the menu changes daily. Absolutely amazing place, you must go when in Bolzano if you want authentic food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best pasta I've ever eaten! A great stop on a culinary journey through Italy... super friendly staff and they really know what they are doing. Eating pasta there is a whole experience. We even ordered a 3rd portion of pasta to share and they split it in 2 plates for us. They made sure we experience everything to the fullest.
