Ho problemi con la disoccupazione, sono in 40ena e non potendo venire da voi, vi telefono ogni 5 minuti dal 18/01/21, nn c è versi di parlare con qualcuno, o siete occupati o non mi rispondete... Allora mi chiedo... Perché tenete il telefono in un ufficio? Bad bad bad guys ... I have been calling you for 4 days .. I have problems with unemployment, I am in 40 years and not being able to come to you, I call you every 5 minutes from 18/01/21, no verses to talk to someone, either you are busy or you don't answer me ... So I wonder ... Why do you keep your phone in an office?
S	Shanty Copetti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sento a disagio solo a raccontare la mia esperienza! Davvero! Tenendo conto che per avere la "consulenza" bisogna fare la tessera, di cui il prezzo è 70€. Oltre a ciò fare il 730 ( che è obbligatorio per legge) ti chiedono dai 30€ ai 50€. Tutto bene finché paghi, loro ti fanno credere di ascoltare le tue esigenze ed aiutarti nella compilazione dei vari campi di interesse spiegando il significato e il diritto di ogni singolo lavoratore. Il "consulente" che ha seguito la mia pratica non parlava italiano, tantomeno tedesco. Oltre ad avere delle difficoltà a cogliere le domande a me fatte, il signore ha sbagliato tutta la pratica! Non ne ha fatta una giusta! Dopo mesi ancora i soldi del 730 non mi sono arrivati! Dopo 5 contestazioni mi hanno fatto ripagare la somma dicendomi in poche parole che fosse colpa mia! Versuche seit 2 Tage jemand am Telefon zu erreichen (an der Tür ist die Mitteilung " nur mit Termin vereinbarung") aber wie, wenn das Büro nicht besetzt ist??? Wenn Sie unkompetente Mitarbeiter haben, dann bewerbe ich mich gerne im Sekretariat bei Ihnen, bin zurzeit arbeitssuchend. I am very disappointed and angry !!! I have been trying to reach someone on the phone for 2 days (the message "only by appointment" is on the door) but what if the office is not manned ??? If you have incompetent employees, then I would be happy to apply in the office with you, I am currently looking for work.

Purtroppo se vai di persona da loro non ti ricevono se non hai un appuntamento. Vergognoso!!! Zero courtesy, that is to say that they never answer the phone especially in this period of the pandemic. M	MrsTitti58 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non ho parole sufficienti a descrivere il mio grado di insoddisfazione; chiedo tempo fa una consultazione per info sul trattamento economico pensionistico e ricevo una consulenza inqualificabile; chiamo un venerdì pomeriggio per lavoro e non risponde nessuno, nonostante sul web il servizio risulti aperto al pubblico; riprovo il lunedì mattina (più volte), sempre per un'informazione (importante) per lavoro, e non rispondono al telefono o risulta occupato; come se non bastasse, non esiste un indirizzo email a cui fare riferimento...se potessi valuterei sotto zero I don't have enough words to describe my degree of dissatisfaction; long ago I ask for a consultation for info on the pension economic treatment and I receive an unqualified advice; I call on a Friday afternoon for work and no one answers, despite the fact that the service is open to the public on the web; I try again on Monday morning (several times), always for information (important) for work, and do not answer the phone or is busy; to make matters worse, there is no email address to refer to ... if I could I would evaluate below zero
