Avevo bisogno di una piega per stasera e mi hanno fatto uscire con i capelli bagnati con 0 gradi fuori! E la piega ho dovuto farmela io! Pessimo.mi started doing my hair later than the appointment made (at 9.45 I had to go out to go to work and I absolutely could not delay). I needed a blow dry for tonight and they made me go out with my hair wet with 0 degrees outside! And I had to make the fold myself!

Che poi avevo già pagato tutto senza avere il servizio desiderato, insomma, non pagate mai prima, ti rubano i soldi. Non ti vengono neanche in contro.. Appena arrivata mi è stato dato un accappatoio in tela (i classici da parrucchiere) NON sigillato e evidentemente già utilizzato da altre clienti, tanto che era tapezzato di capelli da cima a fondo, ovviamente non miei.. Dopo mia sollecitazione mi è stato cambiato con uno nuovo e sigillato (non poteva già darmelo prima?). Un leggero ritardo e una sola parrucchiera che saltava da una cliente all'altra.. Mentre faceva la piega ad una signora, ogni 5 minuti, veniva da me al lava testa, facendo avanti e indietro senza dedicarsi ad una sola persona.. Insomma.. O si prendono meno prenotazioni o si assume personale.. Così non va bene.. I hate leaving bad reviews, but it's fair to be honest .. Although I didn't have great expectations, the experience didn't go well. As soon as I arrived I was given a cloth bathrobe (the classic hairdressers) NOT sealed and obviously already used by other customers, so much so that it was covered with hair from top to bottom, obviously not mine .. After my request it was changed with a new and sealed one (couldn't you already give it to me before?). A slight delay and a single hairdresser who jumped from one client to another .. While he was styling a lady, every 5 minutes, he came to me at the head washer, going back and forth without dedicating himself to a single person .. In short. . Either they take fewer reservations or hire staff .. This is not good ..
