Ho chiesto un taglio corto, scalato e sfoltito (perché ho tantissimi capelli) e in 40 minuti ero fuori, con i capelli esattamente come li volevo. Grazie, tornerò sicuramente! Very satisfied! Friendly, professional and super fast. I asked for a short, scaled and thin cut (because I have a lot of hair) and in 40 minutes I was out, with my hair exactly the way I wanted it. Il risultato finale non era nemmeno lontanamente simile a ciò che è stato richiesto. I capelli erano oggettivamente rovinati, tinti e decolorati malissimo. La cosa che più mi dispiace è che il prezzo è stato esagerato 160 euro per un lavoro di scarsissima qualità. Altri professionisti non si sarebbero nemmeno fatto pagare la metà dato l’errore madornale. Allego foto fatte da un altro parrucchiere a cui mi sono rivolta per sistemare i danni. I am very sorry to negatively review the work done on my hair. The end result wasn't even remotely similar to what was requested. The hair was objectively ruined, dyed and bleached very badly. The thing I regret most is that the price has been exaggerated 160 euros for a very poor quality job. Other professionals wouldn't even have paid half as much because of the huge mistake. I attach photos taken by another hairdresser to whom I turned to fix the damage.

Per quanto potessi avere una base apparentemente imperfetta e ramata non credevo potesse essere motivo di ostacolo, anche perché la "professionista" sembrava sicura di saper fare e anche abbastanza bene la tecnica che avevo richiesto di farmi.... sono uscita dal locale con la testa mezza bagnata, la piega era incompleta!!! Non appena ho lavato i capelli in alcune zone la tecnica è imperfetta e alcune parti sono MACULATE.. Non ci voglio credere...... Sono delusa! Poveri capelli! I asked for a Cold blonde balayage ..... Although I might have an apparently imperfect and auburn base, I didn't think it could be an obstacle, also because the "professional" seemed sure she knew how to do and also quite well the technique I had requested. make me .... I left the room with my head half wet, the fold was incomplete !!! As soon as I washed my hair in some areas the technique is imperfect and some parts are SPOTTED .. I don't want to believe it ...... I'm disappointed! Poor hair!
