Ho acquistato ieri un cartelletta con elastico (ieri ore 18.50). Stamattina la prendo da sacchetto, apro la cartelletta e parte l’elastico. Il foro dove era incastrato è largo e non resta bloccato. Torno per segnalare l’inconveniente ma mi viene risposto che al momento dell’acquisto era integro. Non è certo per la cartelletta o per il suo costo (4€ circa) ma per principio. Non è accettabile che dopo neanche 24 ore non mi venga cambiato un prodotto palesemente difettato o rovinato. Complimenti alle modalità di gestione cliente della sig.ra Barbara. Bad experience. I have known the stationery shop and the owners for over 30 years but today I think I have definitely come to a conclusion. I bought a folder with elastic yesterday (yesterday at 18.50). This morning I take it from the bag, open the folder and the elastic starts. The hole where it was stuck is large and does not remain blocked. I come back to report the problem but I am told that it was intact at the time of purchase. It is certainly not for the folder or for its cost (about € 4) but on principle. It is not acceptable that after not even 24 hours a product that is obviously defective or damaged is not changed. Congratulations to Ms Barbara's customer management methods.
