D	Domenico Di Rosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pronto soccorso con personale ridotto e attrezzature obsolete.Ti lasciano in barella sino a 5 ore senza dirti niente.Nella sala dei barellati non si vede neanche un medico per più di 18 ore. First aid with reduced staff and obsolete equipment. They leave you on stretcher for up to 5 hours without saying anything. In the stretchers' room you don't even see a doctor for more than 18 hours.
s	spadarotony on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una tragedia, un luogo dove le malattie sono facilmente aggressive, per via anche delle zanzare che sono presenti sia all'interno,sia all'esterno. Un luogo dove per definizione si dovrebbe restare per pochissimo tempo e che invece di norma si rimane per parecchi giorni.una struttura inaugurata un mese fa , carente di ogni norma. Un solo bagno per tutte le persone ricoverate e dei loro assistenti a volte superano le 60 persone, un bagno senza luce funzionante, senza una piccola mensola dove eventualmente appoggiare bicchiere o altro.tre notti passate su una lettiga molto scomoda, con temperatura la notte sparata a 20 gradi e gli ammalati cercano coperte per il freddo. Pronto soccorso sprovvisto pure di bicchieri di plastica, il pasto che viene servito ,non posso dire della bontà,, ma la gente ha bisogno per mangiare di aiuto, in quanto la struttura priva di tavoli di appoggio ,due soli tavoli netti per tutta la struttura, e pur con l'aiuto difficile mangiare perché se tieni il cucchiaio non puoi tenere il piatto con la minestra, mancano pure armadietti per conservare le cose ed invece sono buttate a terra. Dato che al S.Elia e' normale rimanere posteggiati per diversi giorni, questo pronto soccorso non doveva nemmeno essere aperto. A tragedy, a place where diseases are easily aggressive, also because of the mosquitoes that are present both inside and outside. A place where by definition you should stay for a very short time and which instead usually stays for several days. A structure inaugurated a month ago, lacking every standard. A single bathroom for all the hospitalized people and their assistants sometimes exceed 60 people, a bathroom without a functioning light, without a small shelf where to place a glass or other. Three nights spent on a very uncomfortable stretcher, with temperature shot at night at 20 degrees and the sick seek blankets for the cold. Emergency room also devoid of plastic cups, the meal that is served, I can not say the goodness, but people need help to eat, as the structure has no support tables, only two net tables for the whole structure , and even with the help it is difficult to eat because if you hold the spoon you cannot keep the plate with the soup, there are also no cabinets to store things and instead they are thrown on the ground. Since it is normal to remain parked for several days at S.Elia, this emergency room did not even have to be open.

Tutti i pazienti messi insieme in una sala d'attesa (però i familiari fuori ad aspettare), 14 ore per l'esito di una tac, e senza alcun parere ortopedico, alla fine mia mamma è stata dimessa! 14 ore senza mangiare, e senza nessun tipo di assistenza umana e medica, per non parlare di chi è fuori in attesa senza ricevere notizie!! Disumani è dire poco!!! Schifo!!! One star is too many! If I could I would put 0! 14 hours of waiting with a broken vertebra at 70 years old! Non-existent covid measures! Personale sgarbato (come se andare al pronto soccorso fosse un divertimento)... Spesso gli ausiliari security rispondono al telefono e personalmente mi è capitato che invece di darmi informazioni su mia madre che era li da diverse ore mi hanno riattaccato il telefono in faccia..... Ore ore ed ore solo per fare una TAC.... Misure antocovid assenti... Non c'è un minimo di distanza sociale... Anzi tutti seduti uno accanto all'altro.. Neanche un misero dispenser con il gel disinfettante... Bell'esempio...... Che dire.... Una vergogna.... Ripeto una stella è troppo.... One star is far too much .. O	Oreste Lo Piano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pronto Soccorso bello nuovo ma sempre con problemi Vecchi. Dov'è il personale? A che serve avere aggiunto le sale di pronto soccorso se non ce nessun medico e infermieri che lo presidiano? La Sicilia porta la bandiera delle disfatta ma Caltanissetta e la numero uno. Forse la direzione sanitaria non funziona come si deve. Trovate la soluzione per chi sta male. First Aid nice new but always with Old problems. Where's the staff? What is the use of adding the first aid rooms if there are no doctors and nurses who supervise it? Sicily carries the flag of defeat but Caltanissetta is number one. Maybe the health management isn't working properly. Find the solution for those who are sick.
