Sporco ed insufficiente per numeri....il primario e il direttore generale si devono vergognare!!! Despite the commitment of the operators, the emergency room is a "field hospital". G	Giardinaggio F.V&P.C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condivido la mia esperienza dicendo solamente che sono stati in ospedale per accertamenti e ricoverato per 5 giorni e 4 notti in seguito ad un incidente stradale e mi hanno tenuto e lasciato per 5 giorni e 4 notti all'hobby del pronto soccorso senza avermi dato ne a me e ne a tanti altri come me un posto nel reparto specifico ospedaliero. Con tutto ciò gli infermieri di gran buona educazione ringrazio loro e i dottori che mi hanno aiutato che ora grazie a Dio sono a casa Mi hanno rimesso 2 giorni fa. Auguri un buon anno a tutti i miei coincittadini E a tutte quelle persone che sono in ospedale. Auguri il meglio in loro. G	Gianmarco Leanza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa. Abbiamo prenotato un paio di mesi prima, ci danno appuntamento per le 8:30 e dopo varie peripezie e scuse ci visitano alle 10:40. Un'ora di strada per trovare personale menefreghista, medici niente di che e macchinari del medioevo. Ecografia durata venti secondi, dottoressa scorbutica e inadatta al proprio impiego. Scegliete un'altra struttura o andate in privato. Il reparto ginecologia è da rivedere totalmente. Negative experience. We booked a couple of months before, they give us an appointment for 8:30 and after various adventures and apologies they visit us at 10:40. An hour on the road to find careless staff, doctors, nothing fancy and medieval machinery. Twenty seconds ultrasound, a grumpy doctor unsuitable for her job. Choose another structure or go privately. The gynecology department is to be totally reviewed.

Il decesso di mia madre è avvenuto dopo 5 giorni dal ricovero in psichiatria. È stata richiesta un autopsia. Lascio a voi ogni considerazione. Difficulty in contacting relatives, staff, hospital that is cramped and dirty to say the least. My mother died after 5 days of being admitted to psychiatry. An autopsy was requested. I leave all considerations to you.

Per esigenze di salute io e la mia famiglia dobbiamo recarci presso il Sant'Elia con cadenza mensile, e di problemi, complicazioni e mancate risposte ne abbiamo viste a non finire: infermiere sgarbate che lasciano suonare il telefono senza rispondere, medici fantasma con i quali è praticamente impossibile parlare, gestione dei ricoveri ridicola (diverse volte ci siamo trovati costretti a tornare a casa nonostante la necessità perché non era stato riportato tra quelli odierni). Il Sant'Elia è il perfetto riassunto di tutto ciò che c'è di sbagliato nell'apparato sanitario italiano: trattano i malati come se fossero problemi da risolvere, il tutto circondandosi da una fittizia aria di costante impegno, come se fossero gli unici al mondo a dover lavorare e stessero facendo del loro meglio per farlo. I state that my experience with this hospital unit only concerns the hematology department. For health reasons my family and I have to go to Sant'Elia on a monthly basis, and we have seen endless problems, complications and lack of answers: rude nurses who let the phone ring without answering, ghost doctors with whom it is practically impossible to speak, ridiculous management of shelters (several times we found ourselves forced to return home despite the need because it had not been reported among those today). Sant'Elia is the perfect summary of everything that is wrong with the Italian health system: they treat the sick as if they were problems to be solved, all surrounded by a fictitious air of constant commitment, as if they were the only ones in the world to have to work and they were doing their best to do it.

Notizie contrastanti da parte dei medici di turno circa lo stato di salute di mio padre e "solo" su richiesta dei familiari.... mai una chiamata da parte loro nonostante il peggioramento delle sue condizioni. Tante... infinite chiamate di assistenza lasciate inevase come risulta dal registro chiamate sul cellulare di mio padre indirizzate all'infermeria. Mancata comunicazione del decesso di mio padre probabilmente avvenuto nella notte o in mattinata presto comunicatoci solo dopo le 13.00 dopo averci risposto a seguito di vari tentativi di chiamata (risultando il cellulare di mio padre spento)con una risposta a dir poco disumana"suo padre è già in obitorio". Lascio a voi ogni considerazione Covid Department. Non attrezzati per l`alimentazione dei lattanti, nemmeno un luogo adibito per la sterilizzazione di biberon e ciucci. Pessimo Nightmare obstetrics ward, no assistance from staff, midwives not at all empathetic. Not equipped for the feeding of infants, not even a place set up for the sterilization of bottles and pacifiers. Bad
