★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistenza pessima. Inoltre abbiamo chiesto la confezione regalo per i prodotti acquistati e ci hanno liquidato con le loro buste di carta pinzate, facendocele anche pagare. Alla richiesta di un semplice fiocco ci hanno risposto che era terminato. Cioè, vendono articoli da regalo per bambini e non fanno confezioni regalo. Assurdo!
Guarda caso nell'ultimo mese abbiamo acquistato in altri 2 negozi Prénatal e questo è l'unico con personale svogliato e che non fa confezioni regalo. Che squallore!
Altra pecca, abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi gli scontrini cortesia. Infine abbiamo dovuto riaprire le buste perché la commessa non aveva messo un segno distintivo e non sapevamo più cosa c'era in ogni singola busta.
 Bad assistance. We also asked for gift wrapping for the purchased products and they liquidated us with their stapled paper bags, even making us pay for them. When asked for a simple bow, they replied that it was finished. That is, they sell children's gift items and don't make gift wrapping. Absurd!
As it happens in the last month we bought in 2 other Prénatal stores and this is the only one with listless staff and that does not make gift boxes. What squalor!
Another flaw, we had to ask for courtesy receipts. Finally we had to reopen the envelopes because the saleswoman hadn't put a distinctive sign and we no longer knew what was in every single envelope.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se la gente non è portata per fare queste lavoro ... beh che cercasse altro!! Il personale sgarbatissimo e poco preparato sia per quanto riguarda i prodotti in vendita, sia per quanto riguarda le Politiche interne prenatal! Non si aggiornano e non conoscono nemmeno il funzionamento dei buoni nelle liste regalo. Hanno la fortuna di trovarsi in un centro commerciale molto frequentato e quindi la confusione dentro è sempre tanta , anche per comprare poche cose bisogna prepararsi ad una fila in cassa infinita( sempre perché il personale è lentissimo e più volte si blocca perché non sa risolvere le varie problematiche relative ai pagamenti!) Sconsiglio vivamente questo punto vendita!! Se proprio volete acquistare da prenatal andate al punto vendita di Misterbianco dove il personale è decisamente più preparato e cordiale!
If people are not inclined to do these jobs ... well they were looking for something else !! The very rude and poorly trained staff both as regards the products for sale and as regards the internal prenatal policies! They do not update and do not even know how the vouchers work in the gift lists. They are lucky enough to be in a very busy shopping center and therefore there is always a lot of confusion inside, even to buy a few things you have to prepare for an infinite queue at the cash desk (again because the staff is very slow and often gets stuck because they can't solve various problems related to payments!) I strongly advise against this point of sale !! If you really want to buy from prenatal go to the Misterbianco store where the staff is much more prepared and friendly!

Oggi per pigrizia nonostante scontrino e cartellino nn mi è stato cambiato un regalo. Ho speso tantissimi soldi da Prenatal per anni. Ma non comprerò mai più in questo punto vendita.
