Bad service! You must set the table yourself and the cutlery was missing! After you pay the pizzas you have to go and order them from the pizza maker and you have to wait for them to come out of the oven and take them to the table! I asked not to put oregano on a pizza and was told to be careful when it comes out of the oven otherwise he would have forgotten! Luckily there was no confusion otherwise I would have waited a lifetime to eat a very poor quality pizza despite the wood oven!

Incompetent staff and poor service, I put a star because there is no possibility not to put one. One employee in particular ruined our lunch, making the price, order and receipt wrong, continuing to deny his mistakes even after being called back

Never again. Bad aperitif, with food taken from the bar next door because they lacked it, for 5 people they brought half an arancino with meat sauce divided in two, and two packets cut at the least worst possible way. Chewy peanuts and pretzels, cold fries (will be left over from lunch), nachos with an emptied mayonnaise sachet into a plate. Poor drinks. Two aperol spritzes that looked like two seltzers than they were sweet and three non-alcoholic drinks made without asking for tastes, where you could only distinguish the redbull which was in industrial quantities. Not to mention the use of masks, indeed the non-use of masks. We did not see a mask inside the restaurant, neither when they took the order, nor during the preparation of cocktails nor during the service where, with the plate under their mouth, they announced "with great fervor" what they were bringing us. A real disappointment. Staff totally unsuitable with the relationship with the public, I never happened to hear myself say "THEN, WHAT DO YOU WANT?", Sorry eh if I disturb you and I want to leave you some money, but the beauty is that there was a nice blackboard with the aperitif lettering to attract people. We would have preferred to hear "no, we don't have an aperitif" for sure we would have returned for dinner, but after what we saw and ate, never again.

Indeed I want to do it: staff not at all suitable for the sector, "clean" tables with glass, non-existent masks, forced attitudes, hospitality (they don't even know where they are at home). Not to mention an unusable rank, where a piece of floor has risen and if you are not careful you can trip and end up against the tables. Now we come to the food; all without love or flavor, high price, there is no value for money. The only good thing was the coke.

7-ply ice cream very bad, the cherries in syrup inside were hard and unmasticable, so much so that they had to be discarded. otherwise, nice staff, average costs, but the ice cream was not great.

Enjoying a pizza at Dakri's is sublime. The real Neapolitan pizza, crunchy to the right point, freshly prepared is the best you can look for. You can also eat everything from meat to fish. I recommend it to everybody. Affordable prices also for families. Excellent access for the disabled, helpful and very kind staff.
