Ho acquistato un letto, in promo esposto in negozio, il 22 novembre 2021, con consegna a partire dal 10 dicembre e comunque garantita entro il 24. Ad oggi non ho ricevuto il letto, nonostante mille telefonate. Nessuno è in grado di dirmi dove sia finito il mio letto e soprattutto quando mi verrà consegnato. Tutti scaricano le responssabilità, sul corriere, che sembra avere preso in ostaggio il letto e non voglia consegnarlo. Tutto ciò sembra divertente ma non lo è, di fatto dimostra la scarsissima serietà dell'azienda e la incapacità a gestire gli ordini. Mi dispiace doverlo dire, ma la mia esperienza è questa. Metto una stella perchè meno non si può. I state that the sales staff have shown kindness and professionalism. Everyone discharges the responsibilities on the courier, who seems to have taken the bed hostage and does not want to deliver it. All this sounds funny but it is not, in fact it demonstrates the very scarce seriousness of the company and the inability to manage orders. I'm sorry to have to say this, but this is my experience.
