This must be the 10th time that they told me that we can pick up my order, but every time my order is not given as they say that do not have it. It is a nightmare to try and get them on the phone and they do not reply to the emails. When I placed the order they said that they had everything in stock

1st associate was most unhelpful so we left and went to Ikea ....
Fortunately/unfortunately they (Ikea) were out of stock on the items we were shopping for and went back to Mondo Convenienza ......
2nd associate was VERY helpful, listened to what I wanted and ensured requests were accommodated.
Furniture seems like it will be good value. Customer service is still unknown .... Currently a tie at 1 to 1 ..... IF there is a NEXT time ..... We will see which way the scale tips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very big warehouse to finish your home. Good prices and also good quality. I recommend visiting this store 100%. Also a big shoutout to Sebastian who really helped us since we don't speak Italian and he is one of the few that speaks in English.
