Il vostro centro analisi si meriterebbe 1 stella considerando l’assenza di comunicazione, ma voglio essere rispettosa nei confronti di quei pochi che invece si sono comportati onestamente. 5 stelle al dottore che è venuto a farmi il prelievo. Puntuale, gentile, bravissimo. Nulla da dire. Ma purtroppo non è andato tutto così in maniera splendida. Il centro ha deciso di non farsi mancare neanche una festività e ponte ( l’epifania poi, dove tutto rimane aperto ma vabbè). Chiamate su chiamate, email infinite. L’unica anima pia che risponde sempre è la dottoressa su whatsapp che giustamente non può occuparsi di tutto. Chi invece si occupa di rispondere alle mail, farebbe meglio a cambiare mestiere. Risposte approssimative, frettolose, una ogni 3 giorni. Abbiamo avuto le nostre analisi dopo più di una settimana dalla data del prelievo. Peccato, perché sicuramente ci sono molti professionisti ma il loro lavoro viene oscurato da chi fa fatica anche solamente a rispondere una mail o a mettere una firma. Perché sí, le analisi erano già pronte lunedí 10 gennaio con certezza, ma senza la “firma”, non viene consegnato nulla. Un vero peccato. 3 stars and I'm sorry but I'm not changing my mind. Your analysis center deserves 1 star considering the lack of communication, but I want to be respectful towards those few who have behaved honestly. 5 stars to the doctor who came to take my blood sample. Punctual, kind, very good. Nothing to say. But unfortunately it didn't all go so splendidly. The center has decided not to miss even a holiday and bridge (the epiphany then, where everything remains open but oh well). Calls upon calls, endless emails. The only pious soul who always answers is the doctor on whatsapp who rightly cannot take care of everything. Those who take care of answering emails, on the other hand, would do better to change jobs. Approximate, hasty answers, one every 3 days. We had our analyzes after more than a week from the date of the collection. Too bad, because certainly there are many professionals but their work is obscured by those who struggle even just to answer an email or to put a signature. Because yes, the analyzes were already ready on Monday 10 January with certainty, but without the "signature", nothing is delivered. Such a pity.

Mi avete risolto un sacco di problemi considerato che usando il deambulatore faccio molta fatica a spostarmi. Servizio ECCELLENTE su tutto. Informazioni telefoniche precise, infermiera venuta a domicilio che ha saputo mettermi a mio agio, puntualità nella consegna del referto. Necessitando un altro prelievo ho riprenotato settimana scorsa ma ho dovuto rinviare per l'improvvisa necessità di assumere antibiotici. Risposta immediata e molto cortese. Che dire di più????
