★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo anni che pago regolarmente la assicurazione per gli animali chiedo rimborso a giugno di una prestazione medica specialistica dermatologica di 140 Euro e oggi 12 ottobre ricevo una lettera che mi invita ad inviare certificato Anagrafe canina, libretto sanitario e prescrizione medica comprensiva di diagnosi e cose varie. Tutto questo dopo più di 3mesi dall'invio della mia richiesta di rimborso. Inoltre i documenti anagrafici e il libretto sanitario mi erano stati richiesti al momento della stipula del contratto assicurativo. È una vergogna. Ho dato disdetta e non consiglierò a nessuno di stipulare una polizza animali mai più, perché sono almeno tre anni che ogni mese pago 26 euro e la prima volta che chiedo rimborso con tanto di fattura mi fanno tutte ste storie

All this after more than 3 months from sending my refund request. In addition, the personal documents and the health card were requested from me at the time of stipulation of the insurance contract. It's a shame. I have canceled and will not advise anyone to take out an animal policy ever again, because I have been paying 26 euros every month for at least three years and the first time I ask for a refund with a lot of invoice they make me all the fuss
