Ho dovuto reinviare al mittente il pacco perché nonostante avessi il tagliandino lasciato dal loro correre ( il quale non ha suonato e ci ha lasciato direttamente il tagliandino nella cassetta postale ) no. ha voluta darmi il pacco. Si sono mobilitati personalmente contattando la sede del corriere, e risolvendo il problema (causato parzialmente da me e parzialmente dal mittente). Forse i prezzi non sono i più economici del mercato, ma ricordatevene quando avrete un problema perchè loro si mobilitano in maniera da preoccuparsi veramente della consegna del pacco e soprattutto della soddisfazione del cliente. Dovevo ritirare due pacchi per conto di mia moglie, non avevo la delega, ho chiesto un foglio per portarlo a mia moglie per farglielo compilare e, credo la direttrice dell’ agenzia, di una maleducazione mai vista, oltre ad aver messo in dubbio la mia identità (avevo i documenti con me) mi ha accusato del fatto che la delega l’ avrei fatta e firmata io, DA NON CREDERE! Una volta uscito ha fatto un teatrino con le colleghe. Pacchi comunque ritirati dopo 10 minuti perché sono ritornato con delega. Sconsigliato Bad experience at the San Donà di Piave branch !!
