For three months my daughter (18 years) has been trying to close her personal postal book and clear the total in another account, and by the staff at the counter she is denied the operation with a constant apology playing on ingenuity and the inexperience of the girl, always requiring my presence. ALL THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND SNREASING, IF IT IS A STRATEGY TO HOLD THE CUSTOMERS ARE READY TO LEAVE ME ALSO!
