★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastici! Sono riuscita a trovare un prodotto praticamente introvabile (caricabatterie asus) che tutti gli altri rivenditori mi avevano consigliato di ordinare tramite internet perché non ne erano forniti.
Invece grazie a Videorebel non ho dovuto attendere l'ordine.
Il rivenditore è stato gentilissimo e mi ha aiutata a trovare la soluzione con pazienza e cortesia!

Fantastic! I was able to find a practically unobtainable product (asus charger) that all other retailers had advised me to order via the internet because they were not supplied.
Instead, thanks to Videorebel, I didn't have to wait for the order.
The dealer was very kind and helped me find the solution with patience and courtesy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merce non proprio economica, tempi di attesa per consulenza un negozio piuttosto lunghi. In compenso il personale è cordiale e capace. Non ci sono parcheggi gratuiti nelle immidiate vicinanze. Poco distante è possibile parcheggiare l'auto ma in area di sosta a pagamento. Difficoltà per l'accesso in sedia a rotelle.
Not really cheap goods, rather long waiting times for consulting a shop. On the other hand, the staff are friendly and capable. There are no free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. Not far away it is possible to park the car but in a paid parking area. Difficulty for wheelchair access.

Poco professionali e poco interessati ai clienti, senz’altro ci sono stati centri che hanno avuto più voglia di dedicarsi alla mia necessità e a cui mi rivolgerò in futuro se avrò bisogno
I call on Saturday to find out if they could activate an offer (which I then managed to activate in another Tim center), the answer was I have no idea what I'm talking about.
Unprofessional and not very interested in customers, undoubtedly there have been centers that have had more desire to devote themselves to my needs and to which I will contact in the future if I need to
