Io sono cliente da più di trent'anni ed ho potuto apprezzare la loro competenza,serietà e disponibilità molto difficile da trovare in altri negozi. Lunga vita a questo meraviglioso negozio ormai tra i pochi presenti in zona. A "Mythical" component company! M	Mary Russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata oggi per chiedere gentilmente di sostituire un alimentatore acquistato il 07/04/22 da mio suocero, dal momento che l' aspirapolvere non funziona più nonostante questo acquisto. Il banconiere/venditore visibilmente seccato dalla richiesta dapprima mi chiede a che voltaggio è stato provato, alludendo che lo restituissi non funzionante o danneggiato, così lo prova e constata essere in perfetto stato... poi mi fà notare un segno su uno dei jack...non posso postarvi la foto ma è una chiara difformità dell' acciaio veramente minima regolare su tutto il diametro, potrebbe averlo venduto così e invece mi dice che è stato schiacciato con una pinza!!! Accusa del tutto falsa, dunque assodato che non vi era alcuna intenzione di effettuare un cambio con alcun che, mi dice che doveva sentire il fornitore se gli forniva dei pezzi di ricambio...visibilmente seccato senza nessun motivo ...ho raccolto il tutto nel sacchetto col quale ero arrivata e salutato!! Poi dicono che uno compra su amazon...amazon mi avrebbe restituito il denaro!! Io volevo acquistare una telecamera di sicurezza aggiungendo denaro ...beh signori cari amazon sarà lieta di consegnarmela a casa!!! I went today to kindly ask to replace a power supply purchased on 07/04/22 from my father-in-law, since the vacuum cleaner no longer works despite this purchase. The counter / salesman visibly annoyed by the request at first asks me what voltage was tested, alluding that I returned it not working or damaged, so he tried it and found it to be in perfect condition ... then he pointed out a sign on one of the jacks. .. I can not post the photo but it is a clear discrepancy of the very minimum regular steel on the whole diameter, he could have sold it like this and instead he tells me that it was crushed with pliers !!! Completely false accusation, therefore established that there was no intention to make a change with anything, he tells me that he had to hear the supplier if he provided him with spare parts ... visibly annoyed for no reason ... I collected everything in the bag with which I arrived and greeted !! Then they say that one buys on amazon ... amazon would have returned my money !! I wanted to buy a security camera while adding money ... well dear gentlemen amazon will be happy to deliver it to me at home !!!
