★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho parole per definire la saccenza e la maleducazione di alcuni operatori di questo ufficio. Per non parlare della flemma che li pervade. Un’ora di attesa pomeridiana per chiedere un’informazione che poi non ho avuto perché non potevo più aspettare. Durante questa ora hanno servito solo due utenti. Me ne sono andata quando con l’ultima si erano messi a parlare del più e del meno con altre persone che attendevano da un bel po’. È ora che vi vergognate. Domani tenterò con l’ufficio di via Magellano. Forse sarò più fortunata.
 I have no words to define the saccenza and rudeness of some of the operators of this office. Not to mention the phlegm that pervades them. An hour of waiting in the afternoon to ask for information that I then didn't get because I couldn't wait any longer. Only two users have served during this hour. I left when with the last one they started talking about this and that with other people who had been waiting for a long time. It's time you were ashamed. Tomorrow I will try with the office in via Magellano. Maybe I'll be luckier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrei voluto mettere 0 ma non è possibile. Davvero un disastro,oggi ho tentato tre volte di recarmi agli sportelli,davvero un'esperienza indegna. Il terzo mondo è qui,alle Poste Italiane.
I wanted to put 0 but it's not possible. Really a disaster, today I tried three times to go to the counters, truly an unworthy experience. The third world is here, at the Italian Post Office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io capisco tutto, ma oggi pomeriggio cinque sportelli aperti un operatore che serviva la gente e gli altri che guardavano il computer o facevano finta e fuori la fila delle persone, un ora per pagare un bollettino . Il responsabile dove era?????. Comunque si devono vergognare queste persone visto che vengono pagate dal popolo. Vergogna!!!!!!!
I understand everything, but this afternoon five counters opened an operator serving people and others who were looking at the computer or pretending and outside the line of people, an hour to pay a bulletin. Where was the manager ?????. However these people have to be ashamed as they are paid by the people. Shame!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesia, maleducazione e arroganza di una operatrice che per più di 1 ora (il tempo che ho dovuto attendere) ha maltrattato tutti (compreso qualche anziano). Un modo di fare assolutamente inaccettabile… e mi chiedo se il direttore della filiale era in ferie o ha fatto finta di non sentire!
Unkindness, rudeness and arrogance of an operator who for more than 1 hour (the time I had to wait) mistreated everyone (including some elderly people). An absolutely unacceptable way of doing it… and I wonder if the manager of the branch was on vacation or pretended not to hear!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il ragazzo allo sportello è stato scortese senza motivo. Alla mia richiesta di informazioni mi ha risposto con un "mi stai ascoltando o no?!" che mi ha lasciata senza parole... Se non ti piace quel lavoro puoi anche lasciare il posto ad un altro sai!!?? Faresti sicuramente un favore a molti!
The guy at the counter was rude for no reason. To my inquiry he replied with a "Are you listening to me or not ?!" that left me speechless ... If you do not like that job can also give way to another you know !! ?? You'd definitely a plus to many!

Il commesso (che sembrava essere in spiaggia più che in un ufficio) non sapeva nulla di come gestire una spedizione, ci ho discusso fino a quando è intervenuta una collega dandogli dell'incapace, dicendoci poi che il servizio da me richiesto non era utilizzabile! Una presa in giro, ho buttato un'ora intera, per non parlare della fila che ovviamente era presente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri mi sono recata all’ufficio postale per pagare dei bollettini in scadenza e, dopo più di mezz’ora di fila fuori al freddo, quando è venuto il mio turno - che coincideva con l’orario di chiusura- mi è stato detto che il personale a quell’ora entrava in sciopero perché è l’unico modo che hanno per andare a casa in orario. Dopo alcune rimostranze mi hanno pagato uno dei quattro bollettini in scadenza (quello più urgente) per gli altri mi metterò in fila un altro giorno e speriamo in bene !. Sul personale preferisco non commentare .
Yesterday I went to the post office to pay for expiring bills and, after more than half an hour in a row outside in the cold, when my turn came - which coincided with closing time - I was told that the personnel went on strike at that time because it is the only way they can get home on time. After some grievances they paid me one of the four expiring bulletins (the most urgent one) for the others I'll get in line another day and let's hope for the best!. On the staff I prefer not to comment.
