Una volta le ho chiesto perché non sostituisse lei qualcuno allo sportello e mi ha aggredito giustificando che lei non possiede la password operativa ! Gli unici che perseverano nel lavoro sono Carmine ed il collega allo sportello 5. ASSURDO! Code interminabili ogni volta per svolgere operazioni basiche, sosta mai inferiore ai 45 minuti anche in orari non di punta. Nessun ufficio verticale vigila sull'inidoneità di questa filiale? Ho votato una stella solo perch+ condizione necessaria per pubblicare l'annuncio. K	Kevin G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gran maleducati, sempre a rispondere male come se ti stessero facendo un favore, potrei raccontare mille episodi, l'ultimo è che ero dentro con il biglietto ad aspettare il mio turno, nell attesa (10 persone) sono uscito a fare la lista movimenti, rientrando dopo 50 secondi avevano chiuso le porte senza piu permettermi l'accesso (per orario di chiusura) nonostante sia stato in fila e semplicemente per accorciare le operazioni che dovevo fare risprmiando tempo a loro (potevo farlo allo sportello). Risultato? Son tornato a casa. I posti statali sono deleteri per le persone che nella vita non hanno voglia di lavorare. M	Marco De Carli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo che nessuna persona, tantomeno un responsabile, debba permettersi di mancate di rispetto alla propria collega nonostante un errore fatto di cui neanche il cliente si era lamentato. Frasi come “levati di mezzo”, “vai vai solo”, “vai solo via dietro e aspettami lì.” Sono irragionevoli, inumane e si aggravano perché date da un signorotto sui trentacinque presuntuoso verso una donna che chiaramente era pentita e china su suo errore (aveva passato due volte un importo di un bollettino 8€). Sono umanamente imbarazzato per lui. I believe that no person, let alone a manager, should allow himself to be disrespectful to his colleague despite a mistake made that not even the customer had complained about. Phrases like "get out of the way", "go go alone", "just go away behind and wait for me there." C	Cristi Mocanu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peggio ufficio Postale di Milano, 2 ore per spedire un pacco, consiglio di portare una brandina almeno ci si riposa durante l'infinita attesa per godersi al meglio l'incompetenza e la maleducazione degli operatori. Worse post office in Milan, 2 hours to send a package, I recommend bringing a cot at least you can rest during the endless wait to make the most of the incompetence and rudeness of the operators.

Ho avuto bisogno di aiuto per portare a termine l’operazione e i dipendenti, in maniera proattiva, si sono prodigati per il buon fine. Il dipendente FDD merita una menzione d’onore per la disponibilità dimostrata nei confronti miei e degli altri Clienti arrivati al desk prima di me. Customer service much higher than the average of other post offices and even that of the best banks. I needed help to complete the operation and the employees, in a proactive manner, did their utmost to ensure it was successful. The FDD employee deserves an honorable mention for the availability shown towards me and the other customers who arrived at the desk before me.
