E	Erica Magrotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata sabato mattina per fare il pieno di benzina ed il ragazzo che mi ha servito ha aperto il cofano per controllare il livello dell'acqua dei vetri e dell'olio. Voleva rabboccare l'acqua ma io non ho voluto e ho pagato il pieno. Tornata a casa mi sono accorta che mancava il tappo del serbatoio dell'acqua dei vetri(che aveva svitato il ragazzo per il controllo). Ho telefonato e sono anche passata da loro per recuperarlo, ma il ragazzo che mi aveva servito sabato, con arroganza e supponenza ha detto che il tappo mancava già sabato. Alla mia obiezione (supposto, ma non accertato che quanto diceva corrispondesse a verità) ed alla mia domanda del perché non mi avesse avvisato immediatamente di ciò ha risposto che questo non rientrava nei suoi compiti!! Curiosa risposta, considerando che lo scopo di aprire il cofano era proprio quello di controllare e verificare che tutto fosse a posto. Mi sono sentita presa in giro ed umiliata come persona e soprattutto come donna, visto che spesso noi donne siamo considerate delle incompetenti dagli addetti del settore automobilistico. Mi spiace solo di non poter dare meno di una stella a questa mia recensione. Io ovviamente non ci tornerò mai più e lo sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque! He wanted to top up the water but I would not and I paid the full. Back home I realized I was missing the lid of the water tank of the glass (which had unscrewed the boy for control). I phoned and went to them to retrieve it, but the boy who had served me on Saturday, with arrogance and arrogance, said that the cap was missing already on Saturday. To my objection (supposed, but not ascertained that what he said corresponded to the truth) and to my question of why he had not immediately notified me of this he replied that this was not part of his duties !! Inoltre avevo un problema di e sui sedili, parlando con il gestore Ottavio, mi ha assicurato una pulizia TOTALE E IGENIZZAZIONE, al ritiro dell'auto devo dire ULTRASODDISFATTO! NON CE NE SONO ALTRI COSÌ A MILANO!! Recommended, fast guys. Tutti i carburanti benzine e diesel, na i prezzi non sono particolarmente convenienti e potrebbe fare meglio. Non sono particolarmente cordiali e premurosi, in generale c'è poca attenzione e un po' di disservizio complessivo; in un modo o nell'altro ti fanno sempre aspettare per qualcosa. La posizione della viabilità è buona ed è posto un un buon incrocio di vie milanesi importanti. Non saprei, c'è anche di meglio... M	Malik Merlex (CreativeLab.) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo scrivo lunedi' non e un caso, weekend sono stato fuori per cene di lavoro e serate fuori, tutti mi anno fatto complimenti , per la macchina che sembrava, appena uscito dalla concessionaria, pensando che l'avessi cambiata.......invece il merito va Autolavaggio DERICCA, servizio fantastico interni come nuovi e la cura della carrozzeria davvero ottima, ragazzi bravi e disponibili, anche al ultimo momento prima della chiusura hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro! ahh dimenticavo ho un SUV e insomma di lavoro c'e n'e I write it Monday and it's not a case, weekend I've been out for business dinners and evenings out, everybody congratulated me for the car that seemed, as soon as it came out of the dealership, thinking that I had changed it ....... instead the credit goes to DERICCA car wash, fantastic interior service like new and the care of body really good, good guys and available, even at the last moment before closing they did a great job! ahh I forgot I have an SUV and in short there is work

Fantastico trattamento di igienizzazione impianto aria che ha risolto finalmente il mio problema. Ottimo e veloce il lavaggio e rifornimento. Personale subito disponibile e professionale. Lo consiglio a tutti! I had a problem with my car smelling when the air conditioning turned on, when I described my problem to the manager Ottavio already had the solution for me. Fantastic air conditioning sanitation treatment that finally solved my problem. Excellent and fast washing and refueling. Staff immediately available and professional. I recommend it to everybody!

Personale gentile e disponibile, servizi perfetti! PS: Sono tra i pochi a Milano a far funzionare la nuova app Eni Station. E portano fortuna, visto che vinco quasi sempre :-) The station is in via Ripamonti, therefore convenient for those in Southern Milan. It consists of a fuel station and washing machine. Friendly and helpful staff, perfect services! PS: I am among the few in Milan to make the new Eni Station app work. And they bring luck, since I almost always win :-)
