G	Gabriele Russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non c’è un numero di coda e questo permette che chi arriva dopo possa essere servito prima di te;gli sportelli hanno sempre problemi di connessione ad internet e il ricaricare una postepay o pagare un bollettino diventa impossibile. There is no queue number and this allows those arriving later to be served before you; the counters always have internet connection problems and reloading a postepay or paying a bill becomes impossible.
M	Marco Maggiore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi è stato rilasciato nessun avviso di mancata consegna per una raccomandata internazionale...ergo se non si sa già di dover ricevere una raccomandata e si controlla online questa potrebbe essere rispedita al mittente senza esserne a conoscenza. Una volta presentatomi allo sportello postale mi viene detto che non risulta nessuna raccomandata, e solo dopo aver insistito un pò alla fine questa spunta fuori. Nonostante ciò（ovvero raccomandata ritirata da giacenza）il tracciamento online è stato aggiornato con lo stato: "restituita al mittente". Devo ammettere che in passato non ho mai avuto problemi con questo ufficio postale, però non si può non lasciare l'avviso di giacenza（se qualcuno dovesse ricevere una raccomandata importante per quanto riguarda tasse, bollette o quant'altro?）per fortuna nel mio caso si trattava di un oggetto dal valore molto basso e la vicenda si è conclusa per il meglio, ma potrebbe non andare sempre cosi... Gli altri non hanno il cartellino "chiuso" non ci sono proprio a momenti sono dietro a braccia conserte che discutono . Non ci sono proprio. Però una novità hanno messo i numeri per la coda ma sono spariti gli impiegatii In 45 minutes of waiting we were served 3 people. In total 6 branches it operates one. F	Ferdinando “Ferdinando” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo spesso c'è solo uno sportello aperto dove puoi fare tantissime operazioni, dal pagare una semplice bolletta ad operazioni più complesse... questo non fa altro che aumentare la coda di attesa con permanenza di ore in piedi anche fuori dall'edificio. Non è ancora chiaro come mai non sia stato inserito la possibilità di prendere il biglietto ed aspettare il proprio turno di attesa. Questo eliminerebbe incomprensioni tra i clienti... il personale è gentile, accogliente e prepararo. La direttrice è una tosta genuina e coretta. Poste italiane deve rendere questo ufficio postale all'avanguardia essendo il fulcro anche dei paesi limitrofi. Questo ufficio deve fare passi da gigante altrimenti si rischiano chiusure di conti correnti e libretti.
