F	Freddy Rovelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo ufficio postale di paese, uno sportello solo, una signora molto cordiale e disponibile verso qualsiasi domanda, ovviamente c'è da aspettare a volte un pochino in fila, ma é normale visto che siamo in un paesino e l'impiegata é una sola. Small village post office, one-stop shop, a very friendly and helpful lady to any question, of course there is sometimes a little waiting in line, but it is normal since we are in a village and the clerk is only one.

Servizio scarsissisimo, personale insufficiente, terminali che non vanno mai..se non fosse purtroppo e ribadisco purtroppo che la mia posta viene appoggiata su questo ufficio per me potrebbe chiudersi nell'immediato. Scandalosi! Bad office !!!! To pick up a registered letter or pay a bulletin you must take a day off at work! m	marta cagnoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il personale è molto gentile ma altrettanto lento... non parliamo poi di pacchi spediti... un pacco intestato a me,è tornato al mittente vergognosamente aperto,e non si sa chi è stato e dove... un altro pacco,è preso in carico da Quart (Aosta)11-08 alle ore 10:27 nella stessa data è arrivato a Torino alle ore 19:41,in data 12-08 è arrivato a Peschiera Borromeo-Milano alle ore 22:00 arriva a Lungavilla alle 03:59 del 16-08,verrà consegnato il 18-08 ma non chiedetemi l'ora...rendo l'idea di dove rallenta la posta? si lamentano tutti,ma sembra che nessuno sappia fare nulla... Ma impossibile avere una risposta telefonica e il servizio "postino" per l'ennesima volta mi lascia l'avviso giacenza senza nemmeno aver suonato il campanello. I add myself to the other people ... Vergogna ... il personale è insufficiente pensiamoci...è inutile che poste pubblicizzi che tutto va bene e che sono all'avvaguardia Aiuto..... Impossible to have a telephone answer, five days of continuous calls, but no one answers; unable to give an explanation of a package delivered to the office by an amazon courier and never delivered to the sender. Una impiegata che ci mette 45 minuti per fare un cliente (in base a qualsiasi servizio), con code di 7-10 persone che attendono fiduciose il proprio turno. Frequento questo posto da anni, con il COVID-19 non è cambiato proprio niente, anzi ora la fila è visibile dall'esterno facendoti subito cambiare idea e indirizzandoti in un ufficio postale vicino. Vogliamo fare qualcosa per velocizzare i tempi di servizio oppure continuiamo a tenerli così lenti? It is not possible that there is a worse service at the counter than this.
